Baking Tips & Hacks

Here are some baking tips that will help you get the best results when making the Stuffed Pineapple Cake Mix Cookie Recipe:

  1. Use a Non-Stick Baking Sheet: To prevent the cookies from sticking to the baking sheet, use a non-stick baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Chill the Dough: For best results, chill the cookie dough for 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
  3. Don’t Overmix the Dough: Overmixing the dough can cause the cookies to become tough and chewy. Mix the ingredients until just combined for the best results.
  4. Use a Cookie Scoop: Use a cookie scoop to portion out the cookie dough. This will ensure that each cookie is the same size and will bake evenly.
  5. Add Garnishes After Baking: If you choose to garnish the cookies with frosting and brown sugar, wait until after the cookies have cooled down. This will prevent the frosting from melting and the brown sugar from dissolving.
  6. Store the Stuffed Pineapple Cake Mix Cookie Recipe in an Airtight Container: To keep the cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
