  • Strawberry box cake mix 
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese 
  • ½ cup sprinkles 

How Do You Make Them?

  • Combine room, temperature, cream cheese, and the sprinkles in your stand mixer and mix until combined 
  • Line a flat tray with parchment paper then a small key scoop to make six or seven portions of cream cheese mix balls set the tray in the freezer for one hour
  • Leave a little bit of the cream cheese mixture in the mixing bowl, then combine your cake mix eggs and oil and mix into cookie dough
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and use a medium scoop to make 12 portions of cookie dough, set them on the sheet pan and put in the refrigerator for one hour
  • Add a frozen cream cheese ball into the center of cookie dough, balls, and then use the other six cookie dough, balls shoe mash on top roll each one with your hands until the cream cheese is fully covered inside 
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes 
  • Optional: drizzle with with cake drip and more sprinkles
