  • 2 cups rigatoni noodles, uncooked
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 can of creamed corn (14 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite seasoning blend (Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or similar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions 

  1. Turn your crockpot on high and add the cream of chicken and chicken broth and stir 
  2. Let it get warm for 20 minutes then stir again before adding in the rigatoni noodles, uncooked
  3. Add some seasoning then add the creamed corn followed by the tomatoes 
  4. Sprinkle some more seasoning and Parmesan then close the lid and cook for 30 minutes 
  5. Add the chicken and some seasoning then the Parmesan followed by the shredded cheese 
  6. Close the lid and cook for 30 more minutes then serve!
