Spread the love

You will love these Funfetti Valentines Cupcakes With Box Cake Mix! That’s because they are cute, delicious, easy, and whimsical. You can make them for other events as well, such as a gender reveal party, a birthday party, or an anniversary. The strawberry cheesecake filling is super simple and creamy too!

When I was making these, I actually could not find my cupcake pan. Luckily I had those types of cupcake liners that are not flimsy; they’re actually sturdy so I didn’t need the pan. I filled them all up and set them on a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet and just baked them like that. some of the spun Betty cupcakes were so close to each other that they actually connected. This made me realize I can make heart shapes if I connect three together with frosting!

Funfetti is a type of cake mix or frosting that contains colorful sprinkles, usually in multiple vibrant colors. The term “Funfetti” is often associated with a fun and celebratory atmosphere, making it a popular choice for birthdays and other festive occasions. The sprinkles add a playful and visually appealing element to the cake or frosting, giving it a cheerful and whimsical appearance.

Tips On Filling A Cupcake

Bake your cupcakes and allow them to cool completely before filling. Use a sharp knife or a cupcake corer to create a hole in the center of each cupcake. I just used the frosting tip because it’s sturdy and sharp enough. Cut at a slight angle to maximize the filling space.

Fill a piping bag with your chosen filling. This makes it easier to control the amount of filling and ensures even distribution.
