- Parchment paper
- Sheet pan

Ingredients You Will Need
- 20-40 oz of Your favorite salami meat – I used Primo Taglio Chorizo Spanish Style Vacuum Pack
- 20-40 Mozzarella pearls
- 10-20 oz of Your favorite thick creamy cheese – I used Briette Cheese Brie Creamy Buttery
- 10-20 oz Cherry tomato medleys
- 10-20 oz Green pickled olives
- 10-20 oz Baby spinach
- 10oz Mint leaves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Pearl onions

Directions For Easy charcuterie skewers recipe
- Combine the Mozzarella pearls, tomatoes, olive oil, mint, and spices in a mixing bowl, toss, and marinate for a few hours – save a little bit of the olive oil to roast the onions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Coat the onions in olive oil and some salt, roast for 15-20 minutes
- Slice up up the thick creamy cheese
- Arrange the skewers like this: olive, thick creamy cheese, tomato, meat, mozzarella, spinach, mint, onion
